What is Plant-Based? Is it Right for Me?

We help everyday people LIKE YOU that are seeking to begin or maintain a healthy lifestyle by nourishing their bodies with plant-based nutrition

About Me

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) in 2018. Instead of accepting the traditional medical approach as treatment (which only manages the disease as it progressively worsens), I did a lot of research and found that the body can actually heal itself and reverse this chronic disease simply by changing my lifestyle habits, including nutrition!

Oil is pure fat no matter if the source is plant based or not.

What if I can’t give up my favorite foods like cheese?

Start SLOW! One meal at a time. Don’t expect plant-based foods to “taste like” a food you currently eat. Lifestyle changes are a process and even small changes to plant-based eating can have positive effects on your health. And DON’T be hard on yourself if you “fall off the wagon”. We are all human and the more you eat plant-based, when you do fall away, your body will tell you what those foods are doing to your system! Be adventurous! This way of eating is fun! I am here to support you an answer any questions you may have!
