The peppery flavor of the arugula is balanced by the mild flavors of the chickpeas. A splash of frsh lemon or lime juice makes a great dressing!

- 1 -15 oz can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 20 whole Kalamata Olives
- 1 pkg Grape Tomatoes, whole or cut in halves
- 1 Med Avocado, peeled and diced
Dressing Options
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 TBSP Lime Juice, fresh squeezed
- 1-2 TBSP Hemp Seeds
- 2 TBSP Fresh Dill as topping or mixed into salad
