Black Bean Salsa

Equipment

  • 1 Large Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 -15 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 C Corn, Frozen and thawed or canned
  • ½ C Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Med Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ Med Red Onion, diced
  • ½ Med Jalapeno, diced
  • ¼ C Cilantro, minced
  • 2 TBSP Lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Optional Toppings

  • Avocado, diced
  • Lime Wedges

Instructions

  • To a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients (except the toppings!).
  • Toss to combine.
  • Serve!
