Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This is truly a decadent dessert! Even your omni family and friends will love it! The avocado lends itself well to this recipe because it is in the background (the cocoa takes center stage) and provides a rich and creamy texture to your mousse!
Hint: Did you know that you can freeze avocados? Once ripe, peel and chunk them, freeze on a baking pan and then transfer them to a freezer safe container or zip lock bag! When you want to use some, just thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours!
