Crunchy Ranch Chickpeas
Packed with protein, these little crunchy nuggets are salt free, yet so flavorful with the ranch seasoning! A great on-the-go snack for anytime!

Equipment
- 1 Large Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Sheet
- 1 Spray Bottle with water or broth
Ingredients
- 1 -15 oz can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 TBSP Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
- Spread the chickpeas on the parchment or silicone lined baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet in a cold oven. Turn it on to 400 °F
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet and spray the chickpeas lightly with water or broth.
- Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning. Gently stir around on the baking sheet.
- Return the baking sheet to oven and continue roasting for 25 minutes.
- Leave the baking sheet in the oven with the door closed and allow the oven to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Store the leftovers (if there are any!) in an airtight container.
