Crunchy Ranch Chickpeas

Packed with protein, these little crunchy nuggets are salt free, yet so flavorful with the ranch seasoning! A great on-the-go snack for anytime!

Equipment

  • 1 Large Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Sheet
  • 1 Spray Bottle with water or broth

Ingredients

  • 1 -15 oz can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 TBSP Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  • Spread the chickpeas on the parchment or silicone lined baking sheet.
  • Put the baking sheet in a cold oven. Turn it on to 400 °F
  • Roast for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet and spray the chickpeas lightly with water or broth.
  • Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning. Gently stir around on the baking sheet.
  • Return the baking sheet to oven and continue roasting for 25 minutes.
  • Leave the baking sheet in the oven with the door closed and allow the oven to cool completely.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Store the leftovers (if there are any!) in an airtight container.
