Dill Hummus

This is truly a unique flavored hummus. Definitely a must serve appetizer for all of your pickle loving friends!

  • 1 High Speed Blender


  • 2 -14.5 oz cans Chickpeas, rinsed and drained (SAVE THE JUICE!)
  • 2 TBSP Tahini
  • 2 tsp Dill, fresh
  • 2-3 Med Dill Pickles, rough chopped
  • ΒΌ C Pickle Juice


  • Add all of the ingredients except for the pickle juice to the high speed blender.
  • Begin processing the mixture and slowly add the pickle juice while blending.
  • Blend until combined. Adjust the seasonings to your taste!
  • Decorate your hummus with additional fresh dill and chopped pickles. Enjoy!


***Save the chickpea juice (aquafaba). It can be frozen, thawed and used in numerous recipes!
***Substitute 1/4-1/2 C dill pickle relish for the pickles and sub aquafaba for the pickle juice.
