Fennel Salad

This is a light refreshing salad with a citrus flavor from the lemon that compliments the licorice flavored fennel. Just chop, mix and serve!

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Serving Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Med Fennel Bulb, thinly sliced (also use the frawns, peel from stems and chop)
  • ½ C Parsley, chopped
  • 2 TBSP Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed (adjust to personal tastes)

Instructions

  • To a medium serving bowl, add all of the ingredients. Mix gently until well combined.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

***Keeps in the refrigerator in an air tight container 1-2 days.
