Healthy Fudgesicles

This refined sugar free and dairy free frozen treat is the best on those hot summer days! Just 5 ingredients and you can have a delicious healthy frozen treat to share with the kiddos in just a few hours! Double the batch and keep them on hand in the freezer for a quick satisfying chocolate treat you can feel good about serving to your family!

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender
  • Popsicle Molds
  • Popsicle sticks (if needed)

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Banana, ripe, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup Plant based Milk of choice (choose soy or oat to make it nut free)
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup (adjust up or down to desired sweetness)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the high speed blender.
  • Process on high until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
  • Freeze a minimum of 6 hours to overnight.
  • Unmold and enjoy!
  • ***The yield for the number of fudgesicles depends on the size of your popsicle molds.
