Pumpkin Spice Granola

This GF Granola has all of those wonderful spicy fall flavors that we love! It is great as a breakfast cereal or just a snack! Feel good about sharing this healthy, refined sugar free treat with your family anytime!

Equipment

  • Large Mixing bowl
  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Large Baking Sheet with silicone baking pad or parchment paper

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 C Old Fashioned Oats (Be sure to use GF if needed!)
  • ¼ C Flax Seed Meal, ground
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ C Maple Syrup
  • ¼ C Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Add Ins

  • ½ C Pecans, chopped
  • ¼ C Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ C Craisins, low sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • Line the large baking sheet with a silicone baking pad or parchment paper.
  • To the large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients and whisk to combine.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl and mix well.
  • Add desired add ins to the batter and fold in until they are well combined.
  • Spread the granola on the large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the granola is a bit browned and crunchy.
  • Be sure to move the granola around on the baking sheet at the halfway mark. Cool on the baking sheet.
  • Store in an airtight container.
