Ranch Dressing Mix

This dressing mix is salt free and is a delicious addition to tofu mayonnaise as a dip or topping for baked potatoes. You can add it to pasta salads or roast chickpeas in it for a quick healthy snack! It is very versatile and can be stored for up to a year in an air tight container.

Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Dill, dried
  • 1 TBSP Parsley, dried
  • 1 TBSP Garlic, granulated or powdered
  • 1 TBSP Onion, granulated or powdered
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. Store for up to 1 year in an airtight container.

Notes

When adding this dressing mixture to mayonnaise or a salad, use 1 TBSP at a time, mix and taste. You’ll be able to taste when you have added enough for your palate!

This is a great seasoning mix to have on hand to season your plant based mayonnaise, sour cream, crunchy chickpeas or even as a potato or vegetable seasoning!
