Red Pepper Romesco Sauce

This sauce is so good you can put it on EVERYTHING! So delicious over pasta, potatoes, salads or even as a dip with fresh vegetables! I can literally eat it right out of the bowl! Quick and easy to make, it takes only 10 minutes!

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 C Almonds (Raw, unsalted)
  • 1 12 oz jar Roasted Red Peppers (Be sure to choose the ones with water and NOT oil)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, fresh
  • 2 Med Roma Tomatoes
  • ΒΌ C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add the almonds to the blender and process on high until they are finely chopped.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process until the sauce is completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the spices to your preference.
