Tofu Ranch Dip

This dip is a great dairy-free dip you can serve with any number of appetizers! Or it is great as a baked potato topper! So healthy for you!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • Cup Cashews, soaked and drained
  • 1 pkg Tofu, firm (drained but not pressed
  • Cup Milk, plant based (use nut free milk to keep sauce nut free)
  • 2-3 TBSP Lemon, fresh squeezed
  • 2 TBSP Ranch Dressing Mix (see notes section for link to recipe)

Instructions

  • Break up the drained tofu and add to your high speed blender. Process on high until the tofu becomes somewhat smooth.
  • If you'd like to use this as a dip, reduce the milk by 1-2 TBSP.
  • Serve and enjoy! This will keep in the refrigerator for about 5 days in an airtight container.

Notes

***When adding seasonings, start with the lowest amount, taste and adjust to your personal preference. If you like more bold flavors, add 1/2 tsp at a time and taster before adding more seasoning.
